Born from a love for Greek street food and a passion for quality, Soul Souvlaki was founded in 2012 by Dino Vlachos, a man who believes great food starts with imagination, fresh ingredients, and a whole lot of love.

What began as a small market stall in Maboneng has grown into a collection of unique stores across South Africa, each offering simple, soulful street food inspired by Greece – with a modern twist.

Our menus are tailored to local neighbourhoods, served in artisan pitas or on a plate, and always made fresh, fast, and full of flavour.
